1. Digital simulation

Before pouring, CAE software was used to digitally simulate the casting process for process analysis and quality prediction of the product forming process, and continuously optimize the slag pot casting process.

2.Pouring, heat treatment

The qualified raw and auxiliary materials are put into the electric arc furnace for smelting in proportion, and the molten iron is sampled for spectral analysis. After qualified, the casting is carried out according to the principle of "low temperature and quick casting", and the casting time and temperature are recorded. In view of the large difference in carbon content between trunnion alloy steel and pot body carbon steel, CHAENG has customized a complete set of processes to strictly control welding problems during the production process.

3. Polishing, shot blasting

Finally, cut the pouring riser, flash, etc. CHAENG has a professional polishing and finishing team and large shot blasting equipment, which can effectively improve the appearance quality of the slag pot and make its surface finish meet customer requirements. It also uses advanced flaw detection equipment to conduct non-destructive flaw detection on each slag pot to ensure The internal quality of slag irrigation strictly prevents any defective products from leaving the factory.

According to the scientific and advanced production process, the slag pot produced by CHAENG has a long service life, and strong anti-deformation ability. The first repair time is 2-3 months later than the counterparts.
