Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China announced the results of the review for national-level SRDI ("Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative") "Little Giant" enterprises. Xinxiang Great Wall Steel Casting Co., Ltd. successfully passed the national review and retained this honorary title.

    The national SRDI "Little Giant" designation is the highest-level honor in China's tiered cultivation system for high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises. The review conducted a comprehensive examination of the company's R&D investment, intellectual property, focus on its core business, operational quality, and value across the industrial chain, covering the dimensions of specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, and innovation capability.

    Since first being recognized as a national SRDI "Little Giant" enterprise in 2023, Great Wall Steel Casting has continued to deepen its expertise in high-end equipment components and has steadily improved its one-stop service and innovation system.

     The company now has an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of steel castings, with a maximum single piece of 300 tons. It is a National High-Tech Enterprise, the Henan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Metallurgical Equipment Steel Castings, and a Henan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. To date, Great Wall Steel Casting has obtained more than 50 invention and utility model patents and has been recognized as a "Henan Province Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise."

     In the design stage, MAGMA simulation software is used to simulate the casting process. In the smelting stage, the company has deployed several advanced intelligent large electric arc furnaces, a 100-ton double-station LF refining furnace, and two 800-ton natural-gas automated annealing furnaces. Its machining project has put more than 100 pieces of equipment into operation, including gantry machining centers, floor-type boring and milling machines, large vertical lathes, and gear hobbing machines, forming a one-stop service capability for large steel castings of 5–300 tons — from R&D and production to machining and assembly.
 

     Products and supporting services cover the metallurgy, forging, mining, shipbuilding, new energy, chemical, and building materials industries. The metallurgical steel structure segment in particular has won wide acclaim from customers.

     Passing this review is continued recognition of Great Wall Steel Casting's specialized development path and its industrial-chain supporting capabilities. The company will continue to follow the SRDI development direction, strengthen its high-end equipment supporting capabilities, enhance precision machining and one-stop delivery, and advance green manufacturing, energy efficiency, and process innovation — providing customers worldwide with more stable and reliable large steel castings.
