1. Pay attention to the liquid pouring speed when pouring. At the beginning of pouring, you can directly use the trickle and slow pouring method. When the pouring system is full, the pouring speed can be directly increased in the follow-up, and the cup mouth is full but not overflowing. In the later stage, when the liquid is about to reach the top or the root of the riser, the bag should be collected, so as to keep the metal liquid rising smoothly and not let the liquid rush out of the riser. 

2. Some large steel casting processing plants will directly choose the bottom injection bag. This method can make the heat loss of the liquid small, the pressure head will be large, and the pouring speed will be fast. The waste residue will directly float on the surface of the liquid, and the liquid will also be relatively clean.

3. It should be noted that once the steel casting factory starts pouring large steel castings such as rolling mill archways, the process cannot be stopped. For example, the lost foam method in the industry cannot be stopped when pouring until it is full. Otherwise, it is easy to cause cold insulation defects on the plane of large steel castings.
