1.The jaw crusher frame is used to fix other accessories. It will be subjected to counterattacks during operation, so it needs to have sufficient strength and rigidity.

2.The jaw plate of the jaw crusher is fixed on the surface of the jaw bed. The jaw plate is directly in contact with the materials and will withstand the corresponding pressure, friction and impact force, so the jaw plate should be made of material with high wear resistance. For the high efficient crushing, the surface of the jaw plate is directly corrugated or toothed. The order of the teeth is opposite to the peaks and valleys, which can cause extrusion, bending or mashing of the material, to improve the crushing efficiency.

3.The supporting plate is mainly used to bear or transmit the pressing force, but also can play the safety insurance function for the accessories. When the pressure is too high, the supporting plate will be crushed to prevent damage to other accessories.

4. The eccentric shaft is the main shaft of the accessories, and it is the main part that drives the jaw plate. It can withstand large torsion and bending force and requires to be made of high-strength material.
