The grinding table is the key component of the vertical grinding equipment, which is composed of the disc body, lining plate, baffle ring, wind baffle, air regulating ring, scraper and other parts. With the continuous grinding of materials, these parts will be subjected to different degrees of wear, thus affecting the grinding efficiency.

To do the daily maintenance of the grinding table, the most critical thing is to do daily inspection of a series of equipment before grinding, mainly the following two points:

1. Ensure uniform feed. Avoid material too large, hard, damage to the surface of the grinding table;

2. Daily maintenance of iron to avoid metal falling into the vertical roller mill and damaging related spare parts.
