After qualification, the pouring shall be carried out according to the principle of "low temperature and quick casting", and the pouring time and temperature shall be recorded. In order to solve the problem of large carbon content difference between trunnion alloy steel and tank carbon steel, a complete set of technology was designed by the Great Wall Steel Casting, and the welding problems in production process were strictly controlled.
