Slag pot is a kind of container for high temperature slag in steel smelting process, which is subjected to high temperature baking. High temperature slag requires high quality slag pot to ensure the safety and efficiency during working.

CHANEG slag pot follows the national level-2 detection standard, and condusts the 360° nondestructive testing system.

CHAENG quality inspection is supported by the German OBLF company GS-1000 direct reading spectrometer, carbon and sulfur analyzer, three element analyzer, mechanical performance testing machine, impact test low temperature tank, Testing machine, UT, MT testing equipment.

Great Wall Steel casting is certificated by the ISO9001: 2008 in 2009, and in 2016 through the environmental management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification, safety production standardization certification.

3. Advanced casting process to ensure high quality

  (1). Prior to casting, the CAE software was used to simulate and optimize the casting process of slag pot.

  (2). Strong thermal processing capacity to meet all the needs of every specification of slag pot.

  (3). Advanced phosphorus and sulfur control technology to ensure that phosphorus and sulfur are far better than the national standard and machine standard;

  (4). Adopt proper and high quality steel material for CHAENG slag pot, making CHAENG slag pot have the advantages of high temperature mechanical properties, and good resistance to thermal cracking.

        CHAENG sla g pot's use frequency is up to 2000 times, and its first maintenance time can be delayed 2-3 months than peers.
