Mill Roller Overview

Working Principle
While working, motor drives the hanger of the mill roller to rotate through V pulley and centre bearing. The roller, which is hung by bearing and pendulum shaft, will roll along the inner circle of the roll ring while the hanger is rotating. A dust removal blower will generate negative pressure at the inlet and outlet of the grinder to prevent dust and radiating the heat in the machine.

Mill Classifier Overview
Mill Classifier has a strip rotor and a concentrically arranged guide vane ring with flow-optimized guide vanes and flow channels for a parallel incoming and outgoing flow without constriction or with widening and a diffuser effect. The flow-optimized guide vanes with an incident flow tube with vertical rotation axis and at least one guide plate are arranged adjustably for a tangential to radial incident flow of the strip rotor.
Working Principle
After being grinded, the stuff is to be routed to the classifier along wind belt of the blower and the rough powder will be put back to the grinder for regrinding. The fine powder flows into the cyclone collector together with air flow and is expelled from the powder output pipe as product. And at last, the final products will be discharged out by the tripper. And during the working process, the shovel system have played a key important role, which is positioned on the lower end of the grinding roller.
