In the ball mill equipment, ball mill inlet and outlet end covers are very important parts which bear the whole load of the mill and the grinding body and continuously operates under the action of alternating stress. Therefore, the end covers requires a good comprehensive mechanical properties, without shrinkage, air hole, sand and other casting defects.
A scientific and rational process plan can improve the overall quality of the product and increase the product's production efficiency. The key to ensuring the quality of castings is to determine a correct set of process solutions.

Making process of CHAENG ball mill inlet & outlet end cover
Base on the requirements of customers, CHAENG selects appropriate wooden mold for modeling design, and uses CAE software to simulate the casting process. Strictly according to the process procedures to produce high-quality ball mill end cover: wood mold - modelling - pouring - heat preservation - out of the pit, sand cleaning - heat treatment - roughing, finishing - packing and delivery.
