Marine castings are mainly used in the shipbuilding industry. CHAENG (Xinxiang Great Wall Casting) mainly produces large, medium and small marine castings, and it is one of the large-scale production bases of marine steel castings in China.

CHAENG can customize ZG35CrMo, ZG42CrMo, and other carbon steel and alloy steel marine steel castings with a single weight greater than 1 ton. The UT meets the requirements of EN12680.1-1 or GB/T7233-2009, MT meets the level-1 requirements of GB/T9444-2016. CHAENG has obtained the CCS certification of the China Classification Society. It has provided steel castings for many domestic shipyards and supporting enterprises.

Process

CHAENG uses electric arc furnaces for smelting, and it provides customized service solutions according to customer requirements. CHAENG uses computer software for 3D design to perform data analysis and finite element analysis to verify the feasibility of the process. The technical team tracks the whole process to ensure product quality.
